On the great Sicilian volcano, where the ancient culture of bush-trained vines, terracing, and “torrette” meets modern winemaking, we have brought an ancient vineyard back to life to produce wines of great character.

A rugged landscape, carved by small paths known as "rasule," which wind their way through towers, farmhouses, and lava stone walls, connecting the ancient bush-trained vineyard terraces. The vineyard of Contrada Zotti, on the eastern slope of Mount Etna, has been restored to its former glory thanks to meticulous work aimed at preserving and reviving the culture that shaped this fascinating and productive territory.

The altitude, ranging from 700 to 750 meters above sea level, not only offers a magnificent view of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea but, together with the volcanic soil, provides the natural foundation for these vineyards, enabling the production of exclusive and unforget- table wines. Spanning nine hectares, five of which are planted with vines, the estate also includes a restored ancient palmento where the wines produced can be tasted
